    Yes I was a bit surprised at the volume but it wasn't unexpected. These have to be provided but it appears that if you are under a VA it is not required - no point I guess.

    So they are getting their house in order and just catching up for listing?

    Be nice if someone living close by could provide an update on any activities going on esp stockpiling / trucking etc.

    Nothing on the Court Case yet but I suspect their lawyers must have given a positive opinion for the co to make the comment they did.
