well since BAU just lodged the appeal, would it be too quick if really there is a leak of the result? i dun think the australian bureau is that efficient.
i wish i could access to the level 2 transaction data, do we have this information available at cost in ASX? when i was trading in China, as a group of investors, we bought level 2 data for AUD 20000/a, from that it tells u who is the buyer and who is the seller in a transaction, whether it is a insto, bank or retail investor, before 2007 we could even know the name of the insto, this is banned after. with these data, life would be easier.
