STU aint in suspension. Not so sure about any value enhancement for COE either. COE is stepping out of the Cooper Basin.
One thing has become pretty obvious after 4 days of mystery, COE is not touting it's wares to the usual "sophisticated investor" market - some of these always blab on hot hopper.
Looks to me these new shares already have a home - pending due diligence or whatever. So why the SPP? Deal is part cash, part shares?
