Be very careful about any information from MGX,they are a Chinese owned propaganda machine.Its been a very long time since China have been able to bring anything to the negotiation table price wise and I believe this is co-ordinated attempt to bring prices down,planned before the Olympics.Remember,Chinese business is still effectively govt owned.It could be easily done.Just leave the ore at the port for dramatic effect.
