In no way do i feel the off-shore is a rouse.
And in no way do i feel he would give up on off-shore. To not come back with on-shore signed, and then ramp off-shore for him and Maher not to take it up would make no sence.
I feel big lessons on negotiation will be learnt by all here on HC. This guy is 5 steps ahead.
I am just honestly stumped.
