I am not to sure what your driving at with that post. Are you implying that MS is taking his merry old time at shareholders expence ? Are you saying that he is not aware, or not to concerned about the current SP ?

IMO if Smyth wanted a cruisy 6 figure salary he could get it. I dont think he wants to convert his options when the heads are below a dollar. I dont care about him flying business class as long as he keeps some sanity.

But yes i hope for some bacon by the egm. I dont expect that he believes he is in that much of a comfort zone with shareholders that he is going to dilute without a big carrot.
