Great post , good to hear from someone with real experience .

Can I ask over what period you made your money ? Was it from the late nineties on or earlier ? Was it in one state or across the country ?

I don't want to know your specific details . The reason I ask is that I still believe in the cycle generally ( supply and demand ) although I think that there are other factors these days that weren't there before. E.g. GFC , global village , people becoming lifetime renters , SMSFs etc.

I'd be really interested in your views on the property market and how you think it's changed over time .
