For those who reckon making money out of property is easy , yours is a good example of how it takes hard work plus risk to get there.
As far as the getting of wisdom , how else do you get it ? It's interesting that when you're young you are pre programmed ( or brainwashed ) to achieve financial success. You never really think about what you're going to do when you get there ( except for the superficial things ).It's an interesting journey !
So now with the benefit of your experience , what advice do you have for your kids and grandkids with regard to property ?
