Spot on. If management were serious they’d be taking the axe to staff and salaries to preserve capital and bring them in line with peers. DD’s package is simply absurd for a co this size, and you really must wonder how he even fills his days now there’s no real deliverables in the short term. They’re just milking the cash cow dry.
