    We seem to be suffering from implementation underdelivering, common theme for a very long while.

    We can only hope the RACV hail damage vehicles were managed outside of DMC platform (i.e. 15 or so vehicles were provided to each smash repair facility) and were illustrated on the platform as unavailable because this deal has been completely unnoticeable.
