Why would you think or assume that if it is delisted your shares will be worth nothing? You still own a company. Are you saying that every other business out there that is private is worth nothing? You become a private shareholder. RG knows what he is doing and why. There are big gains to be had. Only only concern should and would be what are the intention of the shareholders that are blocking the take over, these include TIC founders and other sophisticated investors that hold millions in shares.
Don't confuse this attempt for voluntary delisting with other shares that get de-listed due to liquidation. 2 different and separate situations.
