Thank you Jeremy, Richard, William et al. This new manouvre makes me sick to my stomach. I only hold ~14,500 shares but I'm well and truly underwater with them - hence, I didn't sell into RG's pitiful takeover offer (it was worth my while to just hang on), and don't plan on being bullied into letting them go now either. However, I am nervous at the prospect of not being able to sell on market. I feel entirely let down by the ASX - allowing the controlling shareholder to vote on this delisting proposal seems like an abandonment of duty. I appreciate you sharing your comms and the results of all your investigations - as I'm sure you're aware there are many of us little fish watching on with increasing anxiety.
