One consistent theme with RG is that he tends to take a complex approach—perhaps more so than necessary at times. I remember mentioning to Caroline that RG has a real chance to create a positive legacy in the Australian market, particularly if he chooses to keep the company public - however it seems this approach may have the risk of negative implications for his personal brand.
