I hope Jeremy doesn’t mind me sharing this here, but I noticed he’s recently made his analysis public, and I had a chance to read it today for the first time. It’s an excellent read—clearly taken the time to break down the "Independent" Kroll report and tear it apart.
One quote really stood out to me, and I imagine it will resonate with many others here:"I have concluded this piece of ‘analysis’ is perhaps the most blatantly erroneous, misleading, and frankly, borderline criminal valuation report I have seen (and I have read more than my fair share of these).
