I thought that I had written to thank you for your confirmation/ clarification but it appears not- sorry for the delay. I had understood the extra point you made ”e.g. 0.8% at 92% etc” but it was useful to explain that on HC,so that readers didn’t think that the objection test in the law was precisely1.000% in all circumstances. Given the make-up of the top 10 holders it will bea very tough hurdle for RG to overcome if he uses 664A. I agree with your “So…unappealing”and therefore RG would be better to go via 661A as not quite so difficult. Grateful for your help. Regards Richard
