I don't know if this is a possibility as well, what if it goes to the delisting vote and RG abstains or changes his mind on the vote to a no. What he will have done is picked up a lot of shares very cheaply from panicked buyers trying to avoid the delisting. Can he make a new offer later on to the remaining holders say at $2.00 to just clear the whole mess up and get full possession of Pact group.
