The delisting is all but guaranteed, RG will almost certainly use his majority stake to push it through. The timing he's chosen is, frankly, a masterstroke. By announcing the delisting in May, he’s likely anticipating that many retail investors will sell during June to realize losses before the financial year ends. It seems he’s positioning himself to extract every possible advantage from the situation.
