Thanks RAN58. If I could make one more comment.
I've an interest in 2 biopharma, each with their own small hydrophobic molecule. I cannot pick between the molecules. They both have enormous promise, but they have found very different homes.

One is driven by the founder who drives it 10 hrs, 7 days ... lives and breath's the company. Always promoting, always driving, brilliant strategy, 4 clinical trials underway or indeed imminent, listed 2016, MCap $180m.

Our molecule compares I think, but not our urgency and drive. I'm not suggesting we should subtract anything from the company, more separate functions and add that energy and bulldog mindset. Don't expect a reply, but thanks for participating here. Cheers, Mike
