It can be argued that IG did not do his Due Diligence when going to bed with the BB.
Would AGS not have given 75% if they were told there is uranium? It doesn't make sense.
BB may have been mislead AGS in what's in the ground but that doesn't change their entitlement, IMO.
At the end of the day, AGS did sign on the dotted line.
