    Mose - do you really think they will set a date for the M&DC case while there are other cases pending?

    I don't want to see a date set for the M&DC case until all the other cases listed on the Comm Courts portal are marked (offically) as "Closed". Then I will know that AGS have everything possible (that the JV or the Courts have allowed them) to mount the strongest challenge.
