I dont see how egos come into it.AGS is paying our Legal team good money to get a result. I wonder who is advising who?lol Does the Legal Eagle advise I.G. or the other way around.

Tell me Sludge what is your opinion for a fair and reasonable result?

It would be impossible to work out.imo

Also Posters mention the initial signing by AGS on the dotted line but if there was Fraud and Deception and Misleading action to entice one to sign,then it is done in an illegal manner.imo

Isn't that, what this is all about.

It does not matter whether the J/V was 25-75, 50-50, 75-25 to AGS it was done frauduantly and one would be entitled to pursue it through the Courts.

Who knows the level of fraud and Deception here? imo

If our Case is strong and only Legal opinion can tell us that, then if AGS wins the Court battle, bingo, back comes the 100%.imo
