    there is an asset at take which has a face falue of something better than $400M in which case AGS has $100m to fight for and BB et. al have $300m to fight for.

    It may be entirely academic how good / bad / poor / indifferent our case is because BB has 200m more reasons to argue the toss than we do. With this at stake I'm not even sure the truth is relevant.
