I like your post very much. Very interesting issues/points
I'd add that your thoughts have raised many more interesting observations.

For example if what you propose is correct then we possibly have a big conflict of interest here. In that what is in the best interests of the major shareholder ( IG ) may in fact not be so for the remaining shareholders

As we know a public company must be open in all aspects of its operating practices / actions and act in the best interest of ALL shareholders.

That doesn't appear the case in the eyes of many here I'd say.

So if in fact our Board is " redundant " as a governing entity then Alliance should be a private company .

If IG was in total control then Alliance would be " illegal " in operating as a public company. They of course would totally reject this line of thought but many here think that we are told nothing regarding what the real facts are about many aspects of the true size of our resource and the court actions

But in the real world, who knows how far all this actually goes ????

Gives us something to talk about at least

God knows nothing else is happening except a sinking share price, it's all looking pretty grim
