ASF i remember back in 2009 Jan..I had a few stocks (16K worth that were not liquidated by J b were. I found anz diversified lending acount..my stocks allowed some lending, so i transfered to anz..i then scoured the list with 80% lending, used the stocks i had ( i was actually net - 200k) but due to huge credit card limits i managed to escape total annihlation. With the anz diversified loan i bought iif, mcw, bly and a few others and managed to leverage myself to continue trading. My brokerage bill was like 60k that year! But i kept shuffling...today i still owe a bit but have cleared the - minus equity and am gaining ground..the reason i am sharing is to give hope to those that see no futurre...keep on walking..do your research and dont give up...sure i have taken big risks.but measured ones. I have big investment in pno which in time will allow me to retire again..also bta, ego etc ... My demeanor is super optimist and that has allowed me to not give up.... Maybe I have been lucky...maybe because i have spent 14 hrs a day reading, researching etc it has so far paid off i dont know... For now I am slowly minimising my margin loans and will be left with freehold pno (about 1% of the company) ego, and some loans against bta, bly, bpt, and a few others...i try to be transparent to assist others if possible.. all the best share traders...
