I too have just received an email from Brian.

He goes through the complexity of the Mexican deal with regards to FDA. There could potentially be delays and questions asked by FDA if management dont go through the process 100% as they are doing.

For this reason they are not allowed to heavily market the product is the US, despite fact that sales are growing.

Filing is to occur soon, and and investor update may provide more info in 2 weeks time.
