It can be considered possible that the dump may in fact be over, and the manipulators or whoever, may be planting the seeds for their next crop.
As a long term holder of stock (often 2 to 5 years timeframe) the gyrations although unpleasant, are to be expected.
If you do believe the thing is being manipulated, the only real thing you can do is accept it, and possibly hop on for the ride and make some profit along with the parasites.
