Why don't CRM just put in an offer for 49% of UMC at a better price than BHP for us to consider. FIRB may be happy with that and then CRM pay UMC plenty of big dollars which the shareholders get a nice little profit and still own half of the company.
CRM then build and fund the railway between hills to join up with other juniors on the way to the coast.
That gets China the Iron they want/need from UMC and others giving us all a income and CRM get an interest in the high value stock of UMC.
Other than that I had better wake up from this dream soon
