the rest of his 3,000,000 GWR shares he has commited to FAS...millard is one of the original 9 who signed up with FAS.
millard is a mate of john doutch and they are as thick as thieves...thieves being the operative word.
the letter is for all intense and purpose's from FAS or even doutch him self.
