Unfortunately I have to agree with that. Now the only recourse left is class action and try to stop the shares being transferred to Cayman because once the shares leave our shores its all over red rover and we'll be lucky to see 5c in the dollar recovered.
I'm waiting for replies from the 3 law firms below to see what they can do for us but I suggest all A40 shareholders get in touch with them and let them know you'd be interested in joining the class action with them if they can act fast to try and stop the transfer of shares and payments to the crooks who first screwed A40 into the ground then lined up as creditors like pigs at the trough and voted for the company to be sold to the puppet master.
