I'd find it very odd if they did not join in against this DOCA given they have $45M odd invested that's worth 0 in a months time. If they are not allowed to oppose the DOCA as a shareholder (given they were competing in the bidding so would obviously oppose any deal as a SH other than their own), would they be leading any legal action that other SHs can join in on? Would carry more weight in a court if it is mums & dads as part of the claim and not one corporate going after another/directors.
