i have almost been ruined myself over the past few years, the so called "boom" period. dog stocks such as LUM and QTK had me on my knees, on antidepressants, brief stint in hospital etc, etc...
it makes you a hell of a lot stronger and a hell of a lot wiser! i am now moving to a point where my life is a lot more rounded, enjoy the really important things such as friends, family, appreciate my job, back studying part time at university etc....
it is not over until its over. you can recover!
