To help those who perhaps dont understand the metrics of trading over investing to gain the free carry in lose terms represents a turnover buying and selling at every price for 5 months churning 5.4 million shares or around that figure which is $1.4 million dollars of $17k to $60k parcels skimming .5c to 1.5 cents a round trade now to further your education algos can skim that margin all day long in a multitude of stocks making absolutely enormous profits providing things dont go against them------------I doubt instos love traders because I can assure you any trading portfolio is usually a sea of red for me because as soon as I hit a price target I sell and that is the reason traders miss a lot of huge runs , so I hope that helps with your understanding------and please understand I bfind some stocks untradeable but until recently LKE was very much a traders dream for me anyway, but dont worry I also make huge mistakes averaging in then hold to long with monumental losses, but so far have more than I started with and have earnt a living for 6 and half years and can at this point with careful cash nmanagement continue btrading for I hope until I am no longer at 66 I am not thinking about being an investor far to boring for me

Sale price is profit with respect to the MD’s shares.

They were “performance rights” issued free of charge after the completion of the PFS.

I would have thought the PFS was part of his executive director job description. If his position was an NED, then fair enough.

These rights were issued on top of his $275,000 pa salary.
