"Aus Post needs to get creative and start thinking outside the archaic business model they use. They need to start up parcel collection depots in useful areas such as the CBD and various suburbs that are open beyond the 'traditional' hours. Parcels can be brought there for collection rather than Aus Post wasting time and money trying to deliver every single one, mostly to people who are at work and not at home. People could then give that address as their delivery address if they know they're not going to be at home or they can't get things delivered to their work.

They just need to start moving away from their old business model and be innovative. But then innovative does seem to be a dirty word in the business world here in Australia"
