You sure about the time-wasting comment MM?
TZ issued a royalty bearing license to Intanova, so little work (time) wasted from TZ's end - perhaps just strategic decisions which may well be a few hours a month.
In the meantime, Intanova continues to promote and fit out offices.
I'm going to have to side with the company on this one because they have greater visibility than you and I, and are continuing to pursue this after one year.
