I left it at 2.11-2.12 and thought it may finish in high teens.
I agree totally Wei, if they had major problems with the deal, they would have advised by now. At worse they still may be waiting on FIRB or Chinese Govt, but with continued commitment. From that Abu Dabai article, I gather SINOPEC has a clear agenda to expand in particular areas and they have the cheque book ready.
