Who is to say this guy didn't complete his 50k order at the time of posting? He may have broken his 50k order into several bits as per a certain buying strategies.
At any rate, plenty of director buying of late. They are usually the best 'insiders' to take note of.
When the market goes bullish CFE may fly, I'll watching and waiting to jump on the bandwagon if it does. Good luck holders.
