    What a hoot of a thead lol.

    I'm with the few who suggest the total lack of added salt was the where it started to go wrong Cazz.

    I also feel savoury mince is best with minimal minimal ingredients and yes, cook certain things individually before adding to "the brew", use a tin or two of canned (non salt reduced lol) toms and definitely reduce to enhance the flavours.

    I've given lots of thumbs reading through all the replies.
