Sorry to have misinterpreted your answer from Dave.
Like you I'm sure that management did not expect all shareholders to take up the offer and I know a couple of people who did not. The ring-around by management must have confirmed that as well as some negative posts on different forums.
Oh well to await the reconciliation later this week and the Top 200 on Saturday.
