Can but try, my son is a chef and it's only more recently that he has perfected an occy recipe that he considers nearly as good as mine.
My occy supplier is ever so unreliable and currently un-contactable, was paying $13-$15 per kg which is good considering IGA has Fremantle octopus company occy for $45.
