I confess to sharing your addiction Dex. Not sure if dehyration has been covered in this thread but we use our dehydrator to store excess caulies we grow them here in Tassie to perfection.No need to blanch first but you can especially if drying florets.We just cut up small into cauliflower rice and place thickly onto trays then when fully dry you store in sealed plastic bag in fridge.Great for many recipes we usually use ours on our canoeing trips on the Murray each year.Cheers.
