It really is one of the most amazingly versatile veges going around.
Did the fritters one last night served on a bed of salad, drizzled with lemon juice and topped with a spoon of baba ganoush ... the florets are first roasted till becoming coloured then mashed to corn kernal size before folding with crumbled feta and chopped flat leaf pasley into the batter mixture ... absolutely amazing they were.
When I bought the cauli I reluctantly paid something like $6.50 but have now only used half of it and there are still fritters in the fridge for one more meal for 2. Could serve topped with sour cream and diced crispy bacon, or smoked salmon, or even a soft poached egg ... constrained only by imagination 8))
Any other caulio'philes here with ideas?
And to think as a young kid I'd literally puke if Mum insisted I eat cauliflower (mostly as a boiled vege I remember)!
Cheers

Hi Dex
Cauliflowers were cheap recently 2 for $4.00 so made soup
Put them into food processor and turned them into fine crumbs then cooked with a litre of stock
Herbs, garlic and finished off with small bottle of cream
