The first time I tasted cauliflower mum cooked it and it was always with browned butter and breadcrumbs added .... lovely butter, so nice.
Cannot find a picture that looks as good as it tasted.
I love cauliflower .. even frozen as I just put it in a pan and slowly fry it ( no fat) ..... also taste great with cottage cheese.
If making puree I sometimes add a little powdered potato just to absorb any moisture.
Also it tastes so nice raw,
