Hey Frack.

The neighborhood is quite a respectable working class area, but like every suburb (even the wealthy ones), it has it's undesirables.

I pay cheap rent to my landlord, who is a personal friend, and I walk five minutes to work, so I won't be moving in the near future!

But if my Unilife shares live up to expectations, I'll be out of here in the blink of an eye!

Not holding my breath on that one though.
