Hi attitudes, not sure that logic works out mate.

Who are the most vulnerable?, those who are how old?, no amount of vitamins and proteins will make much difference to them, this is largely affecting older people who already have underlying health issues.

The majority of pills they buy are those prescribed by a doctor

Where anywhere in the media has it been said to pump up on vitamins and proteins?, the attention is on self isolation and hygiene, as it should be, imo.

Think more people generally are becoming aware that a healthy diet will be far more beneficial than proteins and vitamin pills unless dictated by medical advice.

At this time the main thing people are stocking up on??
