I bought the new XR6 turbo Ford not long ago.

I was so happy with the car.

There was a minor problem with the car, so i took it to City Ford for a sevice on Tuesday afternoon.

Thursday morning the assistant manager calls me at around 12.30 in the afternoon and tells me the car has been stolen.

I thought it was a joke. But it wasnt. He told me the car was in the work shop on the 6th floor and somehow it has gone missing.

So they told me they were going to organise a replacement car until it had been sorted out.

Today they sent me a Mustard Coloured Ford station wagon that is dirty inside.


My car cost me around $53000 and they are giving me a car worth nomore than $40000 to drive for a few months.

Do you think thats fair?

i sure dont.

Im making repayments on a $53 000 car and they give me a station wagon to drive.

What can i do about it?
