if reb is talking about ingredients only - nothing for power for freezing etc.
it just comes down to maths -- $100 a week - 4 people - that's $25 a week per head
21 meals per week per person - for $25 ---
I'd say you could survive an atomic fallout period on it ------------- normal life???? $1.19 per meal and no in between food
entering miracle territory.
ie.
4 adults at 3 meals a day - 12 meals
12 meals a day X 7 days - 84 meals -- out of $100
$1.19 cents a meal. ------------------- IMO -- not possible - not remaining married anyway.
Could someone do it if they spent a HUGE amount of time - shopping till they dropped and picking up huge specials?
possibly - you'd probably put your entire life into it though
