Thanks Evision, similar analysis to my own in terms of trying to understand why the SP is not A LOT higher - we wait, lucky I am a patient person, have also held PMH for a long time, since about 2003, slowly accumulating a sizeable stake which will dramatically improve my retirement prospects when it does move.
