"Untouched wilderness area" fisminex? The CPL project site is within a few kilometres of rival, operating coal mines. That's why there is existing coal freight infrastructure.
Further, the name Coalspur comes from an old coal mining town, now almost a ghost town, that was developed in the Alberta foothills in the early part of the twentieth century. There's been coal mining and oil exploration in this area for a century. I don't think the kind of risk you are suggesting exists.
