yeah, you have OTHER shares that have high NPVs due to the project life being massive etc
these MASSIVE BIG projects tho require years to get in2 production and tonnes of drilling and defining 'indicated' resources/reserves. High levels of CAPEX are needed also.
BUT, YML is not a massive CAPITAL INTENSIVE project and is relatively EASY to get into production. Its a simple small scale DSO hematite play!
Thus the project IS ACHEIVABLE within 18 months id say
the CAPEX is SMALL
Hence the NPV of $10 per share should be looked at CLOSELY and SERIOUSLY, as we could have an operation up and going very soon as it requires little effort other than further drilling and securing either BHP or FMGs infrastructure. Financing is SIMPLE as its a small project.
thus realistically start looking at the NPV per share of $10 using conservative price assumptions and production assumptions!
