What ive done is take all the future cash flows minus costs, and then ive taken away CAPEX, and only then ive taken 30% off that figure
Shouldve just taken the tax off all the future cash-flows minus costs and then taken away the CAPEX from that figure.
doesnt matter, its more ore less the NPV.
